Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Set within a small hamlet, this detached barn has been converted to a very high standard, with a spacious and practical living area and enclosed outside space to absorb the countryside views. Lanivet is often referred to as the centre of Cornwall with easy access to coasts, Fowey (10 miles) and Rock (16 miles) and all of the county's beauty spots. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet (2 miles), Luxulyan (3 miles) and Lanlivery (4 miles). The Eden Project is 5 miles away and the spectacular National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens are only 3 miles away. For the sporting enthusiast, there is also a magnificent 18 hole golf course at Lanhydrock, and there are excellent equestrian facilities at Barguse Riding Centre which is only 1.5 miles away. The area is popular for walkers with a nature reserve nearby and Helman Tor where you can enjoy coast to coast views.
