Outside: all properties have private gardens and a short walk is a smaller ornamental lake with lakeside garden to listen to the birds sing, and watch the fish jump, beyond this lake is a small woodland garden to explore. The accommodation is set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake, carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy. The lodge is built to a very high standard and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room with separate shower and WC, 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: 2 patios, 1 off the dining area catching the morning sun, the other off the lounge to view the lake. The main patio area has garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Amenities: ample parking outside each lodge. Central heating included with an additional charge of £20, from November to Easter paid direct to the owner.
