Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. These two delightful barn conversions retain much of the original charm with exposed beams, slate floors and are finished to a high standard and situated within acres of farmland surrounded by spectacular scenery. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, the South West coast path is less than a 10 minute walk taking you into the heart of Boscastle harbour, a sheltered refuge for local fishermen. You will still only be a short drive to a host of long and sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages such as the famous ‘Doc Martin’ village of Port Isaac and a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur and his knights of the round table, Launceston Steam Railway, National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, to name but a few. Walkers can enjoy strolling the land or just simply relaxing on the shared lawn area and watch the fantastic sunsets

Outside: both cottages have shared use of large lawn gardens with seating. Shared utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer is available. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and underfloor heating included. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach, pub and shop 2 miles.

The accommodation is a single storey detached barn with level access, nestling in front of the farmhouse, offering ONE bedroom: zip-and-link double which can be a twin on request. Shower room: large level entry with handrails, shower stool and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: bright and airy, open-plan with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi, woodburner effect electric fire, electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. Outside: small patio area with seating.
