You can be assured of a true Cornish welcome at Quinceborough Farm, which has been owned by the present family since the 1920s. Situated in one of North Cornwall's most popular areas and within walking distance of the sandy beach of Widemouth Bay ideal for surfers and bathers alike.
At the farm you can relax and enjoy the scenery and tranquillity or you are only a short drive to a host of sheltered coves and sandy beaches as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include the steep, stepped cobbled streets of Clovelly, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project, Tintagel with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of The Round Table and Boscastle with its fishing trips to name but a few. In the evening stroll along the woodland walk to the bird hide or over the fields or watch the sun set over the sea.
Leisure facilities: enjoy a swim in the outdoor heated swimming pool (available from May Bank Holiday to the end of September) or have a game of tennis on the tennis court. Farm activities: children will be in their element by feeding the variety of small animals. Games room: with table tennis and air hockey. Outside there is a small adventure playground. The Roost is newly converted spacious accommodation with many original features such as exposed beams and a galleried first floor area. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 family bedroom with a double and single bed, TV with freeview and en-suite shower and WC, and on the first floor there is 1 twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD, hi-fi and sofa bed. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Ultility room: shared, with 2 washing machines and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed shared courtyard at the back of the property with seating and BBQ and a lawned area can be enjoyed at the front of The Roost with sea views. Amenities: electric and underfloor heating (when needed) included.
LONGS, LQUIN and DRIFT are also managed by the same owners and are a short distance away, just yards from the beach.
