Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This lovely spacious holiday home has been converted and furnished to provide a good standard of accommodation in a traditional North Devon village. Ideal for touring the whole of North Devon, there are sandy beaches and sheltered coves, as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Cobbaton Combat Museum, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal and Exmoor with its wildlife and rugged scenery to name but a few. Other leisure activities include riding, golf, cliff-top walks, tennis and swimming. Relax in the enclosed grounds with shared lawns with pond and seating. The area has many local family pubs, many serving good food.

Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Cot and additional travel cot if required. Regret no pets and no smoking inside the property.
