Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry.

Crediton

Crediton holidays

The historic Devon market town of Crediton once known as ‘Kirton’ lies in a valley between Dartmoor and Exmoor, on a landscape filled with rolling hills and winding rivers. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the local area has a wealth of history, church parishes, old folklore, and an abundance of small neighbouring villages just waiting to be explored.

A Saxon tradition that still remains in this town is the regular farmers market where a huge array of local produce is available for testing and purchase.

About Crediton

Crediton

Based in a unique setting in the true heart of Devon, Crediton is the ideal base to explore the whole county and beyond, take time to learn and divulge the history of this town, most famously known as home to one of the greatest Christian missionaries, St. Boniface, a founding father to Christianity in Europe. This can be researched in the comfort of the beautiful architecture in the red stone holy cross church, previously Devon’s cathedral city until Exeter took over the role.

For the family, take time to explore the length and breadth of the Atlantic coast, or enjoy an exhilarating day out at one of the local attractions. Local activities include golf, rock climbing, fishing, horse Riding and much more, make this an ideal destination.
