Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

Cullompton holidays

The town of Cullompton is set on the River Culm within beautiful countryside scenery. Famous for its many textile and paper mills dating back to 1700, some of which are still working to this day.

Cullumpton is situated perfectly for those day excursions with the family, a 20 minute drive south and you can take a trip to the golden coastal towns of Seaton and Sidmouth, or a 20 minute drive north takes you to the stunning plains of Exmoor.

Aeon Festival

This lovely festival takes place at Shobrooke Park estate, Crediton across 3 days. Lots to do for families, fantastic music across 5 stages, workshops, forest school, open mic, an onsite farm shop selling fresh produce, cafes and well stocked bar plus a medieval sports day for those with a competitive edge.

Devon County Show

Held over 3 days from 20th – 22nd May at Westpoint in Exeter. It offers non-stop entertainment with a variety of agricultural displays, delicious local produce to sample and purchase, displays, fairground rides and much more.

The Mid Devon Show is a one day agricultural show held just outside of Tiverton. With exhibitions, farmers market, livestock, rallies – a fun family day can be enjoyed by all!
