Short Breaks

Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

Our offices are open every day.

Devon Holiday Cottages

Devon boasts two coast lines, two World Heritage Sites and many sandy, pebble ridge and shingle beaches.

Devon holidays are relaxing by nature thanks to Devon’s Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites found on the coast and deep in the green rolling countryside. Devon boasts a few unexpected things to see and do; whether it is a vineyard tour or a network of prehistoric caves the county may surprise you.

Taking one of our many Devon cottages opens up the county for exploration, fun and leisure through theme parks, English Heritage sites and miles upon miles of coastline. Whether you are letterboxing on Dartmoor or having a cream tea picnic you will be glad you chose a Devon holiday.

Appledore is wonderful because you can spend hours strolling along the quayside or down the pretty narrow streets. There are always boats passing by on the River Torridge and Hocking’s ice cream van is ever present on the quay during the warmer months for an afternoon treat. October is a great time to visit because of the Appledore Book Festival which attracts lots of writers and celebrities.
