Short Breaks

Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

The Levels and Moors, Glastonbury Tor and designer shopping

Somerset is a peaceful county that stretches from the fossil rich coast around the Bristol Channel through the Levels and Moors punctuated with Glastonbury Tor and the deep caverns of Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. You can cycle, walk or trek around the countryside and spend the day on the beach or one of the traditional Piers.

Somerset is full of wonderful villages and towns offering some lovely holiday cottages all within easy reach of the major cities of Bath and Bristol which offer heritage combined with a cosmopolitan lifestyle.

Featured town - Minehead

James
Picked byJames

The beauty of Minehead is that Exmoor meets the town and the South West Coast Path goes right along the coastline. If you enjoy being in places where the sea meets the countryside it is perfect because it really is peaceful and magical but with the benefit of having a good town centre not far away for coffee and cake after a bracing walk. The West Somerset Railway also passes through here which is such a lovely vintage way to travel and see the countryside and coast.
