Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE HOT TUB SET ON OWNERS 330 ACRES DAIRY FARM

This stylish cottage is positioned adjacent to the owner's impressive 17th Century farmhouse.

Located within the heart of the countryside yet under 1 mile from an excellent public house and restaurant, close enough to enjoy a drink and meal in the evening and stroll back. The nearby village of Milverton has a good shop selling most things. Taunton is within 6 miles and offers an extensive range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. The cottage lies in the vale between the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with excellent walking, cycling and horse riding potential. It is also centrally located for visiting both coastlines. To the north you will find Minehead and Weston-Super-Mare and to the south the popular towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Exmouth. If you fancy a day out then there is much to see and do around the area such as a visit to one of the many National Trust properties and gardens nearby, Oake Manor Golf Club, The West Somerset Steam Railway, Somerset County Cricket ground and Taunton Racecourse are all close by. Stabling: available for two horses. Leisure facilities: hot tub on the enclosed courtyard.
