Refurbished in 2012 the accommodation comprises TWO bedrooms: situated upstairs, 1 twin with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Situated downstairs, 1 zip-and-link double, which can be made into a twin on request, with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Separate WC. Lounge: large with huge feature fireplace with woodburner (logs included), exposed beams, TV/DVD, Sky sports and movies package, iPod dock and Wi-fi. Kitchen/diner: galley style and well-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and french doors that open out onto the garden. Utility room: located outside with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
