Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. There are a wealth of attractions within a short drive and these include Clarks Village, Roman Bath, The Blackdown Hills for walkers, West Somerset Steam Railway, numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. In the evenings, relax in the enclosed rear garden with seating and BBQ, or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. The property is also within a few miles of the motorway and is ideal for touring the whole of the West Country. The spacious accommodation is traditionally furnished and equipped and offers SIX bedrooms: 3 doubles, 2 bunk bedrooms and 1 single with single sofa bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room with WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: 3 lounges, 2 with open fires and flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview and the third as a quiet reading room. Dining room: with table and chairs. Kitchen/diner: farmhouse-style with range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Table and chairs. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with BBQ. Amenities: bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the premises. Additional info: please note a £50 refundable security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival for bookings with dogs and a £150 security deposit for all short breaks.
