Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

IDYLLIC COTTAGE WITH FAR REACHING COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS, A SHORT DRIVE TO COASTLINE

This recently refurbished 18th century semi-detached cottage is perfectly located for enjoying both the coastline and wonderful countryside, all close to your doorstep.

Enjoy the picturesque village of Dunster, 2 miles away, with the castle and numerous galleries and cafes to explore. The beaches at Dunster, Blue Anchor and Minehead are all within a few miles with Minehead offering a choice of shops and Somerset World. The cottage is situated within the Exmoor National Park, famed for some of the most breathtaking scenery in the South West and a haven for walkers and wildlife. Other attractions well worth a visit include the Valley of the Rocks, West Somerset Steam Railway, Lynton and Lynmouth with its water powered cliff railway, Clarks Village, the Brendon and Quantock Hills and much more. Relax in a choice of front or back gardens, the back garden having feature decking and lovely views, or visit the local pub which is a 2 minute drive and offers a range of real ales and good food.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor accessed via a wooden staircase, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Dining room: area with iPod dock/radio and patio doors leading to decking and garden. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden accessed via steps from decking with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 small cars / 1 large car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included, (central heating surcharge £30 per week October to Easter). Wi-fi available. Regret no pets. This is a no smoking property. Location: beach 3 miles, shop 1 mile, pub 2 minutes drive.
