The village itself is between the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills. Roughly halfway between Wells, with its famous cathedral and shopping area and Burnham-On-Sea with its golden sandy beaches and seaside shops and restaurants, with Cheddar and its famous Gorge to the North. You will be within easy driving distance of the city of Bristol offering extensive shopping facilities, an ice rink, theatres, cinemas, bars and restaurants. The historic city of Bath has much to discover with cultural entertainment including museums and theatres. After a long day exploring the area you can relax in the enclosed garden with seating, or enjoy a stroll in the meadow which joins the property.
This spacious barn is recently converted, furnished and equipped to a high standard offering ONE bedroom: king-size double with beautiful high ceilings. Shower room: wet room with WC. Lounge/diner: with exposed stonework, beams and feature woodburner in a recessed stone fireplace (first basket of logs free), TV, Freeview, DVD and CD. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: enclosed sun trap, private, sheltered, south facing garden with seating and BBQ. Beyond the garden is a meadow which you are free to explore. Amenities: approached by a private driveway there is ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
