Situated in the heart of Somerset, it is an ideal base for exploring the area. There is a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes: England's smallest city, Wells is close by. Market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Other popular days-out include Roman and Georgian Bath, Glastonbury Tor, retail outlet Clarks Village and the caves at Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. There are beaches to the North at Weston-Super-Mare as well as being close to a variety of leisure activities such as swimming, riding and 2 18-hole golf courses within 5 miles, fishing. In the evenings, walk to the village pub or restaurant, both serving food, or you can choose to relax and have a BBQ in the enclosed private patio area.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached via cottage-style steps, 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with Freeview TV, video, DVD, hi-fi and woodburner effect gas fire. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed private patio and BBQ at the rear of the property. Amenities: private parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating available, if required, at a cost of £20 per week payable to the owners on arrival. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: less than a 15 minute drive from the Glastonbury Festival. Beach 10 miles, 2 18-hole golf courses within 5 miles, shops 3 miles and pub with restaurant walking distance.
