TRADITIONAL BARN CONVERSION IN 38 ACRES WITH FISHING

This delightful detached barn has been converted to a high standard, retaining much original charm and character. Sympathetically furnished and equipped, you will be within the heart of a 38 acre farm next to the 400 year old Jacobean farmhouse. As well as all this you will only be a short drive to the North Somerset coastline with beaches and sheltered coves, rugged splendid Exmoor, The Blackdown Hills and attractions to suit all tastes. In the evenings relax on the patio area with seating, or visit the local pub serving good food which is less than 1 mile away. Farm activities: there is much to see and do on the land with some lovely woodland walks, a carp fishing lake and a variety of animals including alpacas, sheep, Kune Kune pigs, goats, Shetland ponies and more. The owner will, by arrangement, organise riding depending on ability.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached via a spiral staircase, 2 doubles both with exposed beams and flatscreen TV. Bathroom: en-suite to bedrooms, whirlpool style baths with shower over and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with woodburner, hi-fi, iPod docking station, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: with range cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: use of gardens. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and Wi-Fi included. Electric heating. Travel cot available on request. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach 10 miles, pub and shop 1 mile.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
