It makes a perfect rural retreat for those wishing to enjoy the peace and seclusion of the surrounding Quantocks, yet its location makes it an ideal base for a touring holiday in the West Country. You are welcome to borrow some bicycles and take a tour of the countryside. With the Quantocks so close by, you are spoilt for choice, whether its long walks, horseriding or mountain biking. There are also many wonderful places to visit within the area such as Clarks Village, Dunster Castle and the seaside town of Minehead. In the evening, you can either relax in the private garden, star gaze from the hot tub or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food, including a dog-friendly pub within walking distance. Leisure facilities: large hot tub to relax in after a long day in the Quantocks. Stabling: bring along your own horse as stables and riding lessons available on site with fabulous off-road riding straight from the property.

This five star accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with flatscreen TV and 1 double. Bathroom: 2 steps down to large shower, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: reached via 2 steps down and offers open-plan living with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV, DVD and dining area. Kitchen has electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: large private lawn area with colourful shrubs and stream at the bottom of the garden. Decked area with seating, BBQ and large hot tub. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Additional info: regret no children under 12 years old or babes in arms. Short breaks for 3 or 4 nights 80% and 5 nights 90% of the full weekly costs. Location: pebbled beach 3 miles, dog-friendly pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
