FIRST CLASS PROPERTY SITUATED IN A SMALL SELECT DEVELOPMENT WITH ON SITE SPA FACILITIES

Enjoy luxury accommodation with access to the on-site state of the art spa/swimming and gym facilities, in one of Somerset’s finest areas offering peace and tranquillity yet within easy access of many attractions.

With something to suit most tastes, you will be a short drive to the Roman city of Bath, Clarkes Village at Street, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Glastonbury Tor and Wells. Shopping at the Mall at Cribbs Causewall and Cabots Circus in Bristol are also within 1 hours drive. Also close by are the Mulberry factory shop and Kilver Court Designer Village. The coastline at Burnham and Weston Super Mare are worth a day out and walkers and nature lovers will enjoy The Quantock and Mendip Hills. In the evenings, relax in the enclosed garden on the patio with a glass of wine or sample one of the many traditional village inns close by, most serving good food. Shared leisure facilities: on-site there is a well-stocked fishing lake and tennis court (rackets and balls provided), several acres to explore or relax in the state of the art spa facility which includes an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, gym and quiet reading room with countryside views. Additional spa treatments are available on site by arrangement.

The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is arranged over three floors offering THREE bedrooms: the second floor has the lovely master double bedroom with exposed beams, glazed gable end with panoramic views and en-suite shower room with WC. The first floor has 1 double with Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin. All bedrooms have TVs and built in wardrobes. Bathroom: on the first floor with bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: located on the ground floor, a large and well-equipped social space with TV and Blu-ray DVD. Kitchen area with cooker, gas hob, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with patio and lawn. Amenities: ample off-road parking next to property. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs by arrangement. Baby alarm available. Additional info: Designated dog walking area on site. Chef and catering services are available by prior arrangement. Location: beach 14 miles, pub and shop 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
