This immaculate semi-detached cottage overlooking fields where cows and sheep graze, is situated on the edge of Sampford Arundel, a charming Somerset village that is a conveniently situated for touring the whole of the South West. It is just a few minutes walk from the owner's farm where free-range eggs and milk are available. Enjoy a guided tour of the farm, watch the milking and when the season is right see the calves, lambs, chicks and piglets. Guests are welcome to enjoy the 6 acres of undisturbed land that are studded with wildflowers and shelter an abundance of wildlife including deer, rabbits, foxes, badgers and buzzards. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists and you will also only be a short drive to a variety of beaches to the north and south.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge with TV, DVD, video, hi-fi, open fire (first bucket logs/coal free) and a real effect woodburner for those that prefer this. Separate dining room. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Enclosed garden with outside seating and a lockable shed for bikes. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen and electric included.
