Good walks are to be found virtually on the doorstep and golf, horse riding and fishing can all be accessed locally.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms (one with views of Exmoor and two with glimpses of the sea): 1 double with dressing room and en-suite shower and WC, another double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with handheld shower attachment over bath and WC. Downstairs cloakroom and WC. Living room with TV, DVD, electric fire and french doors. Cosy second living room with TV and video, perfect for the children or for watching a different television programme. Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, combination microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and french doors opening out onto a private enclosed suntrap courtyard that offers outside seating but is not suitable for ball games.
