Walkers will be spoilt for choice with Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the South West Coastal Path easily accessible. The seaside town of Minehead is a short walk with its shops, pubs, restaurants, harbour fishing and coastal boat trips. There is a convenience store and takeaways within a few minutes walk from the property. The quaint village of Porlock and the medieval village of Dunster are just a short drive, along with all the other picture-postcard villages. You will be within walking distance of The West Somerset Steam Railway and there are many attractions within an easy drive including a golf course and horseriding, Butlins and Hestercombe Gardens to name but a few. It is also ideally situated for exploring North Devon with the well-known towns of Lynton and Lynmouth only a 15 mile drive.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: on the second floor is 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin bedroom. The first floor offers 1 double and 1 small single bedroom with 2'6" bed. Large family bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Ground floor offers lounge with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. Enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and full central heating included. 1 dog by arrangement. No smoking inside the property. There are 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs available on request. Pubs, shops and beach all within walking distance.
