SPACIOUS BARN CONVERSION IDEAL FOR COUPLES LOOKING FOR A QUIET RETREAT

Nestled in a rural Somerset village surrounded by rolling countryside. The barn is situated next door to the owners and offers couples a peaceful retreat well located for walking, cycling and horse riding.

Within a few miles are the world renowned Blagdon and Chew Valley fishing lakes where you can also purchase a bird watching pass (£2.80 per day) to discover the many species living in and around the area. The lakes offer wonderful rambling opportunities and walks can be started direct from the property. The barn is centrally located and within easy driving distance to the regional city of Bristol offering shopping facilities, an ice rink, theatres, cinemas, bars and restaurants. The historic city of Bath has much to discover with cultural entertainment including museums and theatres. Wells, with its famous cathedral, is within a 20 minute drive as is the town of Cheddar. Local attractions in the area include Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: galleried double on the first floor with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with surround sound TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and night convector heater included. 1 dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles, village shops and pub 2 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
