The village of Moorlinch has an attractive family pub serving food, a short stroll from the property and you will be a short drive from the RSPB Nature Reserve and site of Special Scientific Interest on the Somerset Levels, ideal for keen bird watchers and nature lovers alike. There is much to see and do in this most beautiful of counties: Glastonbury with its Tor and Abbey, Clarks retail village in Street, Cheddar Gorge and the cathedral city of Wells. There are many National Trust properties in the locality or you can enjoy a walk over the Quantock Hills, all this within an hour's drive. A little further out lies the historic city of Bath and Exmoor National Park. There are several sandy and dramatic beaches to the north and south such as Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and Burnham-on-Sea.
