There are some lovely walks accessible from the property including across the site of the Glastonbury Festival. The nearby towns of Glastonbury and Wells offer a range of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury Tor and the stunning ruins of the town's Abbey are prominent local landmarks. Venture further afield and explore the many delights the area has to offer which include the coastline of North Somerset, the Somerset Levels, Clarks Village at Street, the Mulberry seconds shop in Shepton Mallet and also the city of Bath with its many historical attractions. Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and the Bath & West Showground are also all within a short drive. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs and restaurants which serve food.
The studio-style accommodation offers: Lounge/sleeping area: large, open-plan area with TV, DVD, kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge with ice box. Sleeping area has a double bed. There is also a 'sleeping platform', accessed by a ladder, with a 5' wide futon bed and reduced headroom. Shower room: with WC. Outside: shared use of owner’s garden. Small paved area to the front of the property with seating overlooking garden. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating included. 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement.
