If you are after a touring holiday, its central location makes it an ideal base for the South West with Taunton, Glastonbury and Wells all within easy reach. Approached through a private entrance shared only with the owner's adjoining property, a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. Good walks are to be found virtually on the doorstep it is ideal for dogs, or why not bring your horse and explore the bridleways. Leisure facilities: for tennis enthusiasts you are welcome to use the owner's all weather tennis court. Stabling: and grazing can easily be arranged, as can use of the all-weather flood lit arena with show jumps. Farm activities: meet the resident Alpaca herd, put your hands into their ultra-soft fleeces and hold the cute baby crias, or feed the friendly chickens. Games barn: you will also have access to the owner's games barn with exposed beams and cartwheel chandeliers, 3/4 sized snooker table, table tennis, table football and darts board.
The cosy, yet well-equipped accommodation has been refurbished to a good standard and offers ONE bedroom: galleried double made up with fresh bed linen and towels. Bathroom: with shower over a hip bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan for an easy sociable holiday living. Lounge/dining area is carpeted with TV, DVD, hi-fi, woodburner effect electric fire and a comfortable sofa that can be opened out into a double bed. Tiled kitchen area with electric oven with grill, ceramic hob with 2 rings, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. You are welcome to use the owner's utility/drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer (honesty box). It can be accessed from the property via a secure internal door. Outside: pretty paved area for your exclusive use with cast iron garden furniture and a BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
