Enjoying an elevated position 1 mile from the charming village of East Harptree that rests on the edge of the picturesque reservoirs and within easy reach of Chew Valley Lakes that offer some of the finest walks around the lakes and the surrounding countryside. The village benefits from a village run shop and popular pub. Having some fine views from the private decking area of the sedate rolling hills and over in the distance to the cities of Bristol and Bath that are within easy reach. The historic city of Bath, with its stunning architecture and wealth of activities, is a must when visiting the area, offering the vibrancy of a city yet the intimacy and character that you would expect.

This charming accommodation offers: ONE double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath with shower attachment and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: makes the most of the views. Lounge area with wall mounted TV, with DVD and Freeview, i-Pod dock and woodburner. Kitchen area with integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric, electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no washing machine. Dogs are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
