Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your immediate surroundings including the secluded beach or venture further afield and see some of the delights on offer within a short drive, including Exmoor National Park, The Valley of the Rocks, West Somerset Steam Railway, Watermouth Castle, National Trust's Arlington Court and Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde for some of the finest surfing beaches in the West Country. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine and a BBQ on the enclosed patio area. Alternatively, take in the local hospitality in one of the traditional pubs on your doorstep. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: a fabulous large open-plan area, well-equipped with flatscreen TV, full Sky package, DVD, woodburner, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed gardens and patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and sea views. Amenities: parking for 5 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and underfloor heating included. Wi-fi available. No cot or highchair provided but you are welcome to bring your own. 1 dog by arrangement.
