Horse riding for beginners onwards are available with your holiday stay at Stitchpool Farm Stable Cottage near South Molton. You can also take your own horses too as there are pre-bookable stabling facilities available. Guest are also encouraged to explore the farmer’s fields and also to observe the daily goings on the farm. Discover trails and bridle paths galore, South Molton is very close to Exmoor so you are well placed for some beautiful moorland treks.

The characteristically beautiful Bishops Caundle Cottage is wonderful place for a creative holiday. Pre-booked pottery painting is encouraged as the owner is a master potter. The holiday home was built in 1738, in the deep English countryside close to Sherborne. A perfect base for enjoying a holiday in Dorset and Somerset with some great attractions within driving distance that include Sherborne Castle, Longleat Safari Park, Montacute House and Yeovilton Air Museum, to name a handful. Visit local village pubs or make the best use of Bishops Caundle Cottage’s wonderful modern kitchen and patio to enjoy a home-cooked meal al-fresco.



Choose from a collection of Classic Motor Cycles in craggiest North Cornwall

Waterloo Courtyard Sandmartins is a unique farmyard getaway on the North Cornwall coast at Crackington Haven. Chief amongst a veritable raft of great activities on offer is the chance to experience a collection of Classic British Motorcycles. The amazing collection includes a BSA, Norton, Triumph, Panther and an Ariel. You can also try your hand at clay pigeon shooting or fishing (both fly and coarse) on the beautiful River Ottery, or on Boles Bridge stream, which meander through the farm. This is the perfect place if you like ancient castles and rugged coastline, as you have Tintagel Castle and Boscastle within striking distance. It’s also close to the Devon border so you can take advantage of your relative proximity to the picture perfect Clovelly.
