Days out, Family

Admittedly, The Eden Project is a fantastic day out for children and adults alike, but what Eden really gets right is the ‘toddler experience’. Throughout the winter season, there’s ice skating with a little penguin skating buddy to help toddlers slip and slide across the ice under the room of the iconic biomes.

Inside the rainforest biome, there’s plenty to see and touch. The gigantic indoor rainforest has plenty of little pathways, stepping stones, and sand pits to make the longer trails more exciting for younger children. Outdoors, there are plenty of play areas and play spaces, and tunnels made of willow and bamboo that children will love to explore.
