The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award was launched in 2020 and is based on interactions and verified reviews from real customers. The award criterion requires businesses to receive a consistent average of 4.5 out of 5 stars from customers on the platform for more than three years.
As well as this, our current rating is 4.7 out of 5 on Feefo, which is above the 4.5 minimum rating required. To receive this award just once is a fantastic achievement, but to have been recipients of the accreditation for a second year, shows our commitment to providing outstanding service.
