What do our guests say?

"Just WOW! What a fantastic property. Stayed there with my family, there was eight of us and it is lovely and spacious for everyone. Brilliant location for everywhere, however, you feel like you're miles away as the ground as so big and beautiful. It just felt like home from home and we were all sad to leave. We had our two dogs with us too and they lived the freedom as it's all fenced in and very secure. My sons all have paddle boards and it is so near to the lake for this. Wouldn't hesitate to go back." – Sharon

What do our guests say?

"Great week away at The Briars. Good location with only a 15-minute walk into Hawkshead village itself, which was very pricey for parking. The house itself had all the essentials you could want and was very clean on arrival. Plenty of room for a party of four adults and two older children. Parking outside of the house for two cars. The location was a great base to see many sights and I would highly recommend using the ferry from Windermere to Hawkshead as it misses out many very tight country lanes." – Rachel
