Trenance Chocolate, Mullion Cove, Cornwall

One of the many wonderful things about Cornwall is the tastes that it offers, from the Cornish pasties to traditional Cornish cider, but for the chocolate lovers, there’s plenty of that too. Trenance Chocolate produces tasty delights every day of the week in their lovely factory in Mullion Cove. Set within The Chocolate Factory and Craft Centre, this isn’t just a place to taste chocolate, and makes for a brilliant chocolate-themed day out. Although we would highly recommend getting comfy in the café with Trenance hot chocolate, the friendly llamas also love having visitors - a UK chocolate shop with a difference!

From Cumbria, all the way to the North Devon coast in 2009, English chocolate makers, the Kennedy's, decided to open a shop in the pretty seaside village of Appledore. The quaint little shop is a real gem to stumble across along the narrow, winding roads of Appledore.
