Why we love it:

Set in the Cheviot Foothills in the spectacular Northumberland National Park, Rochester House Barn is a beautiful bolthole from which a couple or small family can enjoy the awe-inspiring surrounding countryside. Return to this home from home in a rural, working farm location after days out exploring the many footpaths through the national park, and soak in the hot tub under a starlit sky.

Why our guests love it:

“An absolutely beautiful barn conversion on a lovely farm with lovely owners. A lovely size for two of us with a 4-year-old. Great amenities within the cottage itself. Excellent addition to have the hot tub in the secluded decking area too. A stunning location with incredible walks close by and only 10 or so miles from the Scottish Borders. There is a really nice restaurant (The Redesdale Arms) only a mile down the road for lunches and evening meals. Definitely try the Northumberland pie!” – Claire, 2022
