Really superb cottage to use as a staging place for a week long stay for family of 6 . Spotlessly clean, brand new feeling, well heated , all mod cons ( excellent appliances for cooking big meals ) . Very comfy beds . Great selection of board games & DVD for staying ; nice break from bustle of city. Very quiet & relaxing. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 5 day break with our grown up children, Grandson and dog. The house was fantastic and had everything you could want. Helen met us on arrival and her welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated. There are some great walks not to far away which we're great for the family and the dog.

A gorgeous holiday home, beautifully presented and extremely well equipped for hosting or for total relaxation! Bob and Helen were there to greet us and left some delicious goodies, much appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all commented on how well we had slept in the very quiet location! A great find and we will certainly use again if we are in the area.

This is a superb holiday home if you want total peace and quiet in a wonderful countryside location with panoramic views of the surrounding fields and hills. The property is very well designed and equipped to the highest standard. This has to be one of the best properties in the holiday cottages port folio.

This is the best place we have stayed so well equipped and comfortable. Made so welcome by Helen and Bob. The homemade cake and jam were an added bonus and the wine. We would definitely stay again and can highly recommend it. The location is so peaceful.

The accommodation was first class and in my opinion it doesn’t need any alteration. A great deal of thought has gone into every detail even down to touches such as homemade cake, jam and wine on your arrival. We had a wonderful holiday. We visited a RSPB site not far from the cottage where we observed an osprey catching a fish, Marsh harriers and beavers. Glen Clova has ranger station with informative rangers and the Glen Clova Inn is also worth a visit. There are so many places within easy reach by car - Arbroath, Dundee, Forfar, Pitlochry, Royal Deeside to name but a few.

Accommodation was beautiful and deserved the 5 stars. Had everything we needed with super comfy beds and sofas. Extra tv area/lounge was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful cottage, everything you needed was there. Very comfortable beds. We were disappointed in having to leave early due to the snow.
