The village boasts restaurants, quirky shops, local friendly pubs, beach and a pretty little harbour. The area offers excellent walking, cycling and mountain biking with the Fife Coastal Path that passes through the village too. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with Ellie water sports close at hand and fishermen are well catered for with sea and river fishing close by. Within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and the cities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth, with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities, making this all a fantastic base for your holiday.

This second floor apartment is accessed via stairs and offers one cosy double bedroom, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD and spectacular views across the sea and harbour. The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine.  The bathroom has shower over bath and WC.

Although there is no garden, the beach is within walking distance and the large window in the lounge is an ideal spot to cosy up with a glass of wine to watch the  world go by and the sun go down.

Great bus service at top of station road and runs late in the evening if fancy Anstruther for meal and drinks. Dreel Tavern recommended and on coastal walk if a walker. Unfortunately restaurant opposite apartment closes 5pm unless June, July or August so no village pub which would have been very welcome .

Great loaction! Lovely flat for 2 people. Great views! Smaler than expected, but fine for two (the door to the bedroom is right beside the sofa and the kitchen unit). Bathrom and bedroom are single glased and the living room is double glased. There is a washing machine at the top of the stairs next to the bathroom door. St. Monans is missing a pub,Read more but has 2 small shops, a cafe, 2 restaurants and a visiting fish and chips van (2 days a week). Hide

Well equipped, modern and comfortable cottage. Fabulous location stunning scenery with a window view to savour sunsets and sunrises. All the added extras included made for a very relaxed and enjoyable break heading into a New Year. Highly recommended.
