This stylish well-presented third floor apartment, has been refurbished but still retains period features and charm. Nestled in peaceful private position, just a stone’s throw from Kinghorn’s beautiful sandy bay and little harbour.  Situated in the picturesque historic seaside village of Kinghorn, close to the East Neuk. The immediate area offers excellent walking, cycling and mountain biking with the Fife Coastal Path that passes through the village too. If you are a fan of Outlander then three of the film locations are within easy reach - Culross, Doune Castle and Midhope Castle.  To the north of the village water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing, sailing and open water swimming on Kinghorn loch. Fishermen are also well catered for with sea, river and loch fishing available close at hand. Within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and the cities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth, with their excellent leisure and shopping facilities, making this all a fantastic base for your holiday.

As you walk in to the hallway the kitchen is opposite the entrance, moving on into the lounge with its magnificent sea views and cosy log burner to snuggle up and enjoy a good film on the Smart TV.  There is a double bedroom with sea views and the shower room next door with separate shower unit and WC.

Although there is no garden, right opposite the apartment is the lovely beach with step and ramp access it is the perfect place to sit back and relax and look out towards Inchkeith Island.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The place was fantastic to be in over looking the sea .. the only thing what was not good on the second week we was there the flat under us was having some work done in it and there was a lot of banging going on tell late 9pm for 4 days and we had a man on the roof looking around we had to close the windows and blinds for 2 days

A beautiful property, comfortable with lovely views. it was well equipped and had easy access to the train station above it and was just a short drive to the local park and ride. It was a home from home and beautifully decorated.

Excellent. Everything you could want is provided, Stairs to the top floor no problem. You need to stay much longer to read all the books on the shelves. Lots of interesting ornaments.

The cottage was just terrific. Fantastic location, with everything you could want or need,& beautifully furnished. Close to at least 2 good pubs & railway station. only 40 min train ride to Edinburgh Waverly

Fabulous warm well equipped cosy house , everything you need and more in the property. Train station 2mins walk away , with a good service into Edinburgh. Fantastic walks along the Fife Coastal Path. This property has the most amazing views over the sea , highly recommended.

A very well appointed property, well presented, comfortable with cleanliness A+. The location, south facing afforded fabulous views over the Firth of Forth. Well laid out large apartment. Very comfortable bed. There is everything in the a ppartment that you would need except a toaster which I thought was strange. Next to train station which is handy. The a ppartment is downhill from the main town and the climb to the town is steep. Views from the a ppartment are fabulous and the beech is great especialRead morely for our dog. This is a lovely quiet cottage almost on the beach at Kinghorn. Its close to a number of pubs and shops in Kinghorn and the railway station is only a short walk away (useful for trips into Edinburgh). Most of Fife accessible easily by car. Whats not to like? We will go again for sure.
