Bookings can be made across the UK in line with the respective government guidance. To book your
holiday navigate to a property and choose the green "Book now" option below the availability
calendar. All last minute bookings will be checked before processing payments.
Discounted ferry schemes are available for travel to the Isle of Wight.
Your contact details and marketing preferences can be changed within your account.
To change details on your booking such as guests, dogs and extras.
It may be possible to amend your booking dates, to see circumstances where this is possible
please refer to our coronavirus FAQs.
To pay your balance quickly and securely, simply log in to your account, choose bookings from the
menu and press the "Pay balance" button.
You can cancel your booking within your account by pressing the "Amend booking" button.
For general help not relating to altering booking info, changing your dates or the cancellation
of your booking.
To resolve an issue while on holiday as soon as possible, please get in touch directly with the
named property contact shown on your booking details. Should you require further support we are
on hand to help.
