A family-run working organic dairy farm situated on the wild and beautiful north coast of Cornwall. Finished to a high standard and with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the sea and Lundy Island, the cottages provide a comfortable home-from-home for those wishing to explore this truly beautiful part of Cornwall.

North Cornwall has something to offer for all tastes ranging from breathtaking cliff-top walks, sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches. The closest rockpool beach and most secluded of all, is a 35 minutes walk from the farm. Down a winding tree-lined road and along a wooded lane through Marsland Valley, a designated area of Special Scientific Interest with its many rare species of flora and fauna and breathtaking views. Ideal for exploring rockpools and an evening BBQ you might find yourselves the only people there. Other more well-known attractions within a short drive include The Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, Launceston Steam Railway, The Milky Way and more. Bude is close by and includes shops, pubs, Splashpool and canal. The village shop is a 20 minutes walk as is the popular 13th century Bush Inn. Local riding stables are also within 1 mile.

Farm activities: guests are welcome to see the regular milking. Play facilities: children will love the indoor all-weather play barn which offers trampoline, play towers, scramble net, slides and large hard surfaced area complete with basketball hoops for racquet and ball games. For younger children there is a sturdy castle, play cottage, ride-on toys and their own little slide. Outside: use of shared walled gardens and BBQ. Access to farm fields, directly from the properties with beautiful countryside and coastal views.  A designated field without farm animals is available for dog exercising. Please liaise with owner. Amenities: the properties have been converted to retain much original charm and character and have bed linen, electric, central heating and wifi included. Towels included. 3 dogs welcome except Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers and Rottweilers. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: beach and pub all within 1 mile, shop 5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

Delightful barn conversion with traditional features offering spacious and luxurious accommodation. TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite wet room with shower and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath, shower attachment and WC. Faboulous. We stayed in combe barne which had a lovely lawned fenced in garden with side acess, our 3 huskies loved that. The children (5 and 9) loved the play barn rain or shine, especially pingue the cat who slept in there. The farm dog, digit, is a lovely girl, she would follow us down the lane when we walked to marsland bay/ beach. This was a lRead moreovely walk, if you like exploring and going off the beaten track. We loved the farm. My granddaughter loved the play barn with resident cat, Pingu. She also loved Dag the collie dog, looking for eggs from the chicken and watching the cows being milked. Great garden for our dogs and super walks off the farm down to Marsland Mouth through the nature reserve.

Loved feeding the chickens in the morning they were funny and vocal for their treats! This is on a working farm so be prepared for farm smells.
