This spacious and well-equipped first-floor apartment is situated in a modern development and has fantastic views over National Trust land to the sea. An ideal spot for surfers, the sea and award winning Fistral Beach are literally a few minutes walk away. Newquay Harbour is a short stroll across the coast path where you can absorb the spectacular views across Newquay Bay and the beaches towards Watergate Bay.

The popular town of Newquay is a short walk past the 18 hole golf course and offers a range of shops, pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities and the National Marine Aquarium. You will be ideally placed for touring the whole north coast of Cornwall with long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves, fishing villages and cliff-top walks to explore. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties, Tintagel, Lands End, Flambards Theme Park and Crealy Cornwall. Eat out in style with Jamie Oliver's 15 and Rick Steins Padstow both close by. In the evenings enjoy the numerous nightlife on offer or relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. In the winter you can simply sit in comfort gazing towards the sea watching for the world famous "Cribber" wave and seeing the storms crash in.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: spacious, situated on the first floor, 1 king-size with sea views and en-suite shower room and WC, 1 king-size and 1 twin. All bedrooms have TV, DVD and Freeview. Bathroom: family size with mixer shower over bath and WC. Lounge: spacious, with 32" flatscreen TV, DVD and hi-fi, fabulous sea views and balcony with seating. Kitchen/diner: large and well-equipped with gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: shared grounds. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels), Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: riding 1 mile, airport 20 minutes. Beach, restaurants, golf course, shops, cafes and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Great and peaceful location between Fistral beach and town. The coastal path is close by for good walks. There are many cafe's and good restaurants within walking distanse, just make sure to book a table on the most popular ones. The apartment has spacious bed rooms, and has everything you need. The parking space is just outside. Wifi is good, and Read moreeverything else also worked fine. From the balcony there is a nice sea view. Pets are allowed in the apartment, not good if you are allergic. Hide

We had a lovely stay the apartment was very well situated with amazing views. Nice sized rooms lots of space for everyone. Kitchen very well equipped On the surface it looked clean but you knew that there had been dogs there evidence of dog fur still on the chairs and behind the furniture. All six of us used the shower in the ensuite as the main baRead morethroom was not very good at all and I do think for the money there is quite a lot of maintenance needed . Hide
