Driftwood Cottage is perfect, great location, beautifully furnished & well equipped. We had a wonderful week & would love to return.

Driftwood cottage is comfortable and homely, it's quite small and the small bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom so it's very suitable for a couple or a couple with a young child, less so for people who don't know each other very well! It's in a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the village centre, shops, pubs and harbour. BoscastlRead moree is very pretty and the local people are friendly and helpful but there's not a great deal to do except walk, paint and loaf about - fine by us! Hide

This was our first break in 10 years, couldn't have wished for a better place (both Boscastle and Driftwood Cottage) to stay. Such a well-appointed cottage, lovely decor, lacking for nothing. A 700 mile round trip for 3 nights but totally worth it. Just the best time, thank you.

The fittings, furnishings and cleanliness were first class. A very comfortable stay, and right in the heart of the village. The extra touches of a bottle of wine, flowers, biscuits, logs, and basic supplies, on arrival, were much appreciated. Perfect for couples who like their creature comforts, and can sleep an additional person, if required.

We had a lovely welcome and the cottage was very well equipped and was excellent quality . Apart from the comments e.g. you need an adapter plug if you have a shaver or an electric toothbrush and we had a high reach to turn the light off when you were in bed-it was a very comfortable and convenient cottage once you got the hang of the parking . We have stayed in many cottages over the years and 'Driftwood' is in our top two. We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was spotlessly clean with the added bonus of wine, fresh flowers, milk and biscuits left for us, so thoughtful. The cottage was very comfortable and we cannot praise it highly enough. I hope our thanks will be passed to the owRead moreners, Vince and his wife, so much thought has gone into this cottage. Hide

Cottage is comfortable and clean, well supplied kitchen etc. It is in Boscastle just a few mins away from all pubs, shops etc. Pub at end of road - not noisy that I noticed. Hit and miss whether you will be able to park, bring plenty of change for local car park, also parking awkward, passengers with mobility issues may find it awkward as parking nRead moreext to hillside makes it impossible for passenger to alight after parking. Odd front door - half usual width. Was comfortable stay. Hide
