This beautifully presented coastal bungalow is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes stroll away from the beach at Widemouth Bay, and provides a perfect seaside break for families and couples.

The property is ideally located for enjoying one of the finest, sandy, surfing beaches in North Cornwall. There are beach shops, water sport activities and restaurants all within easy reach of the property, and the ever popular seaside town of Bude is just a short drive away. Given the close proximity to the A30, this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall and nearby you can visit Tintagel, with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Hartland and Clovelly. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks, Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project.

On entering the property you will find yourself in a spacious hallway and all of the accommodation on the same level. Towards the rear of the house there is a spacious and contemporary lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors to outside. This is a great social space and everyone can enjoy spending time together regardless of whether they are cooking, relaxing in front of the TV, or playing a board game. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a useful utility room with washing machine and additional WC located just off the kitchen area. If you need to dry any clothes, there is a tumble dryer located in the garage. Venturing the other way you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms; a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC, a further king-size and a twin. There is also a family bathroom ideally located close to the bedrooms and this offers a shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside there is a lovely enclosed garden that spans two sides of the house. This boasts a patio area, lawn, garden furniture, BBQ and a useful area for drying wetsuits and storing outdoor boots and shoes. There is also private off-road parking for three cars directly outside the property. Arrival time 3.30pm.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This is a well located property that is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The owners were friendly and welcoming and this extended, very clearly, to our dog. We are looking forward to returning and our only reason to hold back on recommendation would be to secure our preferred dates!
