The cottage forms part of a small family run holiday park set in fifteen acres of picturesque grounds, it provides a perfect base for couples and small families.

Nearby Newquay offers some of the country's finest beaches and a vast selection of shops and restaurants, alongside all year-round attractions including a zoo and aquarium. From here a short drive along the Atlantic Highway will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and home to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. For those looking to explore further afield, close proximity to the A30 provides quick and easy access to all of Cornwall’s many attractions, including the cathedral city of Truro, Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle, Port Issac and Padstow.

Stepping inside the pretty property you will immediately discover that all of the accommodation is arranged on one level, making this a perfect choice for all ages. The first area is a light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, sofa bed and patio doors to outside. The kitchen area is also beautifully appointed and offers a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while you plan your day, or a home-cooked dinner to refuel after a day exploring, Heading further into the property you will then discover the cosy double bedroom with a TV. Heading outside, a small garden area with lawn, decked patio area and garden furniture is located directly in front of the property. Ample off-road parking is provided on site.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage is advertised as per friendly. What that actually means is that a dog can be in the accommodation there is no freedom around the cottage or on the site for the dog/pet. No dog waste bins on site told to use the kitchen bin!We complained about building work that was happening immediately next door to the cottage. This was not mentioned iRead moren any description. It meant that we could not open the back door of the cottage as there was significant building rubble within 1 meter of the door. Hide
