Perfectly situated just a few miles drive from the coast with the closest beach being the unspoilt sandy bay at Crackington Haven. Other attractions accessible from here include The Eden Project, Tate Gallery at St Ives, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

On entering this delightful property you will immediately discover that all of the accommodation is conveniently arranged on one level. The first room is a beautifully light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors which lead to outside. Before heading out for the day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the dining table and plan the days activities. Sat alongside this, the fabulously appointed contemporary kitchen area boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
