Bude offers something for everyone with its boating canal, three beaches, fine golf course, leisure centre, tennis courts, galleries and a wide selection of shops, pubs and good restaurants. Out and about there is much to see and do with many, good surfing beaches and secluded coves and local adventure parks. Ideally located on the north coast with easy access to the many harbours and villages that hug the Cornish and Devon cliffs. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Tintagel castle, Splash swimming pool, golf and for the young Cornwall’s Crealy and the Milky Way adventure parks.

When it comes to enjoying a coastal lifestyle this spacious detached property truly delivers. From the main entrance a central hallway leads to an impressive lounge/kitchen/diner with doors to the garden area and all the conveniences for a perfect family meal. Gather in the lounge area for that pre-meal chitchat or relax and chat about the day's adventures. For the cooks amongst you the kitchen comprises of electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. To accompany the kitchen, is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Just off from the hall we have the snug lounge, take time to relax and snuggle up in the evening enjoying the comfort of the wood burner, whilst taking in your favourite movie. Ground floor WC. Central stairs lead to the first floor where the bedrooms can be found, bedroom one is a twin with zip-and-link beds which can be made into a super king-size on request at time of booking, bedroom two is a double, bedroom three is a bunk bedroom which is only suitable for children and bedroom four is the master with a super-king-size bed and en-suite with rainfall shower over the bath and WC. To complete the feel of this home the separate shower room is located on the first floor with large shower and WC.

Outside a generous garden with patio furniture, BBQ and a gated access that is fully enclosed and provides extra off-road parking for two vehicles. To the front of the property there is also off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Such a lovely house, a real home from home. It had everything you need to be comfortable, ranging from an extremely well equipped kitchen to blankets and wood for the fire. Spotlessly clean and a really good size. We highly recommend this house for families and will definitely be returning.

Brilliant property and very well designed to accommodate large family or indeed two families, with dogs too. short walking distance to a lovely beach and to shops; Sainsbury is walking distance; other supermarkets nearby too. safe, clean, very comfortable; just take your clothe, and shoes.
