A true stylish getaway, this second-floor apartment boasts a beautiful finish and chic décor, creating a modern home from home for you to relax in on your holiday. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is wonderfully light and airy, with large doors out onto the balcony letting the sunlight flood into the room. The sleek furnishings are ideal for relaxing on, watching your favourite show or film on the TV/DVD after a long day of exploring, or you could sit around the dining table, large enough for four, to enjoy an evening meal. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need to cook a homely feast, comprising of an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, plus an iPod dock for you to listen to some music while you put it all together. Boasting two bedrooms, there's plenty of room for a group of four to enjoy a break away. Both rooms have a TV/DVD, the first of which also features an iPod dock with DAB radio by the double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the second has twin zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super-king-size on request. The main bathroom features a shower over bath and WC.

The outside area of this property is accessed via the large doors in the lounge, which lead onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs, ideal for soaking up the last of the sun in the evening or enjoying a morning coffee. There is one allocated parking space provided with the apartment.

Lovely modern flat and within easy walking distance of the beach with a local shop selling food essentials nearby on the quiet side of Newquay.

Apartment was in an ideal location close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre.
