Nice cottage but access down the lane from either end was challenging due to narrow lane and parked vehicles, a lot from the building works 100 yards from property. Wadebridge was not as expected but park nearby was excellent for walking the dog. On a positive note, beach at Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac and Bude were all nearby and worth visiting.

Lovely, well kept cottage in a great location for touring and amenities. Parking a bit restrictive when neighbours are home otherwise great place to stay with some lovely walks along the river. Every single thing we needed during our stay was at the property and it was beautifully prepared for our arrival.

Well located, extremely well equipped cottage, everything we could think of was there. Babes and Tony left us bubbly, flowers and a card for our anniversary plus a cream tea! They also brought round a bbq when we asked for one. Very friendly and helpful

A delightful property in every way. Has a small, sunny private courtyard garden plus bigger gated area in which to park etc. Well located for walking to Wadebridge & exploring areas of Cornwall. Local shop at end of lane if required. Appreciated the Cornish cream tea which awaited us-a thoughtful gesture. Would certainly book again.
