Head out on foot and just over a mile away discover the popular 13th century pub and tea rooms where the South West Coastal Path allows keen walkers access to the unique cliff top ‘Hawker's Hut’ and leads to the popular seaside town of Bude a surfer’s haven on the Cornish side, and rugged coastal town of Hartland, famed for its abbey and quay in Devon. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with an array of golden sandy beaches, unspoilt coves and traditional fishing villages such as Boscastle, Padstow and Port Isaac nearby. Other attractions accessible from here include Clovelly, Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Dartmoor, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, numerous National Trust properties, and various specialist children's attractions.

Stepping inside this lovely property you will immediately find yourself in a spacious hallway and leading off this is the beautifully flexible living accommodation. A separate bathroom with roll-top bath and WC is also provided on this floor and is perfect for soaking achy muscles after exploring the coast path. Located just outside and to the rear of the property is a well-equipped games room providing fun whatever the weather and this includes a full size snooker table, table football, drinks fridge and even a wood burner. Further to this, a large enclosed garden surrounds the property and offers a substantial area of lawn, perfect for playing football, and has garden furniture and a gas BBQ as well as a patio area to enjoy your morning coffee. There is ample private off-road parking provided on the gravel driveway which is also part of the enclosed area.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
