The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Tucked away behind the lounge area is the bedroom area with its king-size bed. A door next to the bedroom area leads to the en-suite shower room and WC.

Outside, there is a small, enclosed shingled garden with seating  and your own private hot tub to relax in at the end of a day exploring the local area. Just outside of this area, is a woodland/ orchard area for guests to enjoy. There an additional seating next to two pleasant ponds. There is also a shared games room with table football, pool table, dart board, Bluetooth speaker and a snug area. There is ample parking available.
