This impressive coastal home has gorgeous views out across the Atlantic, a choice of beach and selection of amenities within walking distance, and provides a perfect base for an escape to the seaside!

Situated a short walk from a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre and swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path is also close by and offers spectacular walking in either direction, and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow, picturesque Hartland Abbey and quay, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

The property is entered via the first floor and accessed via four steps from the parking area. From here you step into a beautifully light and airy entrance hall and three bedrooms lead off this. There is a king-size with en-suite wetroom with shower and WC, a twin with an en-suite wetroom with shower and WC, and lastly a double bunk-bedroom with two integrated bunk beds and door to balcony with seating. The last room on this floor is a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Heading up the stairs you will then find yourself in a fabulously contemporary and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV with SkyTV, wood burner, and sliding doors to a large balcony with seating, BBQ and sea views. The kitchen is also well-equipped and has a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading back down the stairs and again so that you are now on the ground floor, you will find the remainder of the bedrooms. There is a king-size with en-suite wetroom with shower and WC, a twin bedroom with en-suite wetroom with shower and WC and sliding doors to outside, and 1 further double bunk bedroom with door to outside, on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and WC on this floor. A washer/dryer is conveniently located in the ground floor utility room.

Heading outside from the ground floor there is a small enclosed garden area with artificial grass and deck chairs. From the utility room you also have a lockable wetsuit facility with outdoor shower. It is also possible to access this area without walking through the property and instead using the shared rear steps. Private off-road parking for one car is provided directly outside the property, and additional roadside parking can be found nearby (subject to availability).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We were celebrating our daughters special birthday, and our party consisted of seven adults, two teenagers, an infant and a dog. The property was plenty big enough to house us all comfortably, we were very impressed with how big, light & airy it was. We did have a major problem with the house during our stay, and had to contact the owners for emergRead moreency help. Im pleased to say once they realised the extent of the problem, we were treated well and the issue was resolved quite quickly. Hide

Great location close to the beach and town amenities. The size and layout of the property lends itself to being used by large groups or families, offering privacy for individual guests.
