The cottage forms part of a small family run holiday park set in fifteen acres of picturesque grounds, a perfect base for couples and small families.

Nearby Newquay offers some of the country's finest beaches and a vast selection of shops and restaurants, alongside all year-round attractions including a zoo and aquarium. From here a short drive along the Atlantic Highway will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and home to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Perfect placed within the heart of Cornwall, you will find yourself amidst beautiful countryside and also just a short drive from the coast. For those looking to explore further afield, close proximity to the A30 provides quick and easy access to all of Cornwall’s many attractions, including the cathedral city of Truro, Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle, Port Issac and Padstow.

Stepping inside the pretty property you will immediately discover that the accommodation is arranged in a reverse level style and this allows you to make the most of the lovely countryside views from the lounge on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find the delightful double bedroom with a TV and patio doors to outside, and also a great contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will then discover the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, sofa bed and patio doors to an enclosed balcony with seating. Here you can soak up the lovely scenery while enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen area is also beautifully appointed and offers a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment.

Heading outside, a small patio area with garden furniture is located directly to the rear of the property. Ample off-road parking is provided on site.  

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
