This spacious detached bungalow creates an ideal family experience with cosy accommodation and a spectacular setting. Upon entering there is a spacious and comfortably furnished conservatory offering a sun drenched room for relaxation. From the conservatory you can enjoy a large lounge area with dual aspect countryside views. This room offers TV/DVD and video for catching up on your latest programmes. The separate dining area is great for enjoying home cooked meals and the equipped kitchen includes oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave for your convenience. The property offers three bedrooms including one double with en-suite bathroom and WC, one twin with en-suite shower room and WC and one single with en-suite shower and WC. There is also a separate WC.

The beautiful garden area offers a relaxing and large enclosed space with BBQ for al fresco dining. If you are bringing bikes and surfboards, there is plenty of storage in the former garage which also houses the tumble dryer. The property also offers ample off-road parking.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom which was very handy. The bungalow was ideal for my parents who both have mobility problem. The owners left us milk and biscuits for our arrival, and were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Lovely cottage, cosy and warm in the autumn. A tray for tea and cornish biscuits on arrival as well as milk and bread to start us off. Well equipped kitchen and towels supplied to reduce packing. Nice safe garden for children and dogs in a quiet area. We were visiting our son at Falmouth Uni so is handy for Treliske Halls as well as Penryn Campus. If you love peace and quiet, countryside views (weather permitting of course!!), and don't crave WiFi then this bungalow is ideal. It's central Cornwall location is superb for getting to any of the four corners of the county without too much driving. Also now the park and ride is open just literally two minutes away by car at Tregurra Park getting Read moreinto Truro city centre couldn't be easier. We love it there so much so we are booked in for 2018 and have a hold on "our" fortnight for 2019 too. Hide
