With many beaches and attractions including Lands End, Flambards, The National Maritime Museum, The Eden Project and the numerous National Trust properties and gardens all being close by. Truro offers shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema, theatre and sports facilities.

The accommodation is well-equipped and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom and WC, 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC and 1 single with en-suite shower and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD and video. Spacious, comfortably furnished conservatory. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Tumble dryer in adjacent former garage with ample space for bikes/surfboards etc. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Central heating extra £36 per week from 1 October - 1 May payable upon arrival. Solar-panel water heating. BBQ. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: Local bus service available at the end of lane. Location: beach 7 miles and shop 2 miles.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

What a lovely place and a great central location to be based for a holiday in Cornwall. Although not far from the A39 you really do feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere, so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location very peaceful the owner was very helpful with a problem we had with TV and was sorted out very quickly. The property is fantastic ensuite's in every bedroom very comfortable lounge everything you need in kitchen only thing missing was WiFi

We have stayed here twice before and will do so again. The property is beautiful- exceptionally well appointed and spotlessly clean. We were met on arrival and a lovely welcome tray was ready for us. The location for town, country and coast is excellent. We cannot recommend this bungalow highly enough.
